Paper rolls in almost any size can be rewound at the request of our customers
Not all paper rolls are the same! They are small, large, thick or thin, with cores of different diameters. For this reason, paper rewinding is part of Stoeffler's service portfolio. We have state-of-the-art machinery that allows us to process paper rolls with a diameter of up to 100 cm. Above all, however, we can look back on know-how that has grown over the years and is constantly being expanded by our team. For example, we can turn very large rolls into “handy” paper rolls or seca rolls with exactly the right diameter for you as a customer.
We can process a wide range of paper thicknesses for your paper roll
We can rewind paper up to a width of 180 cm. But the grammage of the individual paper rolls is not too important for our service either: we process paper from around 40 g/m2 up to papers with up to 500 g/m2.
As our customer, you are of course welcome to specify the cardboard core or cardboard cores that we should use.
In addition to paper rewinding, we are also happy to support you in the areas of paper cutting, paper punching and paper packaging. In each of these areas, we also understand the professional handling of special requests and custom-made products.
We can offer you paper rolls with the following finishing options:
- Roll widths up to 182 cm
- Roll diameter unwinding (mother roll) up to 100 cm
- Roll diameter rewind (end roll) up to 40 cm
- Roll pitch: 8 longitudinal knives, minimum cutting width 3 cm
- Basis weight from approx. 25 g/m² to approx. 500 g/m²
- Paper thicknesses from approx. 0.05 mm to approx. 0.65 mm
- Core 50, 76 or 150 mm
- Finishing (cross-cutting) from roll to sheet: max. 150 x 250 cm
